Yes — routine maintenance is included in your weekly rate. Oil changes, inspections, and scheduled service are managed by Waypoint Mobility. You don't pay out of pocket for covered maintenance. If something comes up during your rental, contact us right away.
Vehicle assignments are made based on fleet availability at the time of your approval. We'll confirm your assigned vehicle before your pick-up date.
Yes. Commercial insurance is included in your weekly rental rate. You do not need to provide your own auto insurance policy for covered use. Our fleet is insured through American Business Insurance (ABI), underwritten by Incline Casualty Company and Incline Americas E&S Insurance Company.
The commercial policy covers the vehicle for approved gig work and personal transportation. Coverage applies while you are operating the vehicle in compliance with your Rental Agreement. Coverage is voided for prohibited use — including driving under the influence, unauthorized drivers, or reckless operation.
No. Because commercial insurance is included in your rate, you are not required to carry a separate auto policy for use of a Waypoint vehicle.

Payment is due in advance each week and is processed automatically by credit card. We do not accept cash, checks, or debit cards. Enrolling in auto-pay is required at the time of signing.
Yes. A $400 refundable security deposit is required. The deposit is held on your credit card at the time of signing — it is not charged unless needed to cover outstanding balances. Your deposit is returned within 7 to 14 business days after your vehicle is returned and inspected.
Payments are due in advance each week. If a payment is missed, your account will be considered in default and the vehicle may be disabled via GPS the same day. Consistent on-time payment is a condition of your rental.
Yes. Your rental includes 250 miles per day (1,750 miles per week). Miles beyond this limit are billed at $0.25 per mile. Mileage is tracked via GPS and confirmed at each weekly renewal.
Out-of-state travel requires prior written approval from Waypoint Mobility. Unauthorized out-of-state use is a violation of your Rental Agreement.
No. Only the approved Renter may operate the vehicle. Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle is a material breach of the Rental Agreement and voids insurance coverage
